If you get the Trial Membership, make sure you cancel it EXACTLY 48 hours from when you sign up, because billing support are jerks that hang up on you when you ask legitimate questions.
I was billed for the full membership even though I still only had access to the Trial membership, and Billing refused to refund me, hanging up on me several times when I asked about this. I was told they can refund for Technical issues, and I would say that not being able to access the full content I was charged for IS a technical issue- but they still refused to refund me.
So, I have this worthless "full membership" for a fuckin month, at a cost of $30. And I will never, ever, EVER use this site again for the rest of my life. The customer support is SO RUDE AND UNHELPFUL and at times, unwilling to see logic, that they have lost a customer for life.
They DO know that business is about getting new customers as well as keeping the current ones happy, right? Guess not. They could care less if you're a new customer. They get mad and repeat the same phrases when you ask them challenging questions.
Not one single person in that office knows how to think. I can't believe I'm writing such a horrible review for a customer service facility- seeing as how I've worked in Customer Service for 10 years and would NEVER treat ANY of my customers like this.
I wasn't yelling, I wasn't swearing, I wasn't calling anyone names- I only asked questions that would have made them actually THINK and I challenged their statements.
For example, one person told me, "If you did not have access to the full membership but were being charged for it, I would refund you" "So, if you'd been the first person I spoke to, you would have refunded me?" "Yes, but that is not the case" "Yes, but it WAS the case when I spoke to that first person- your department's errors shouldn't fall on me" "Do you have any other questions?" "Yes, you just said you would have refunded me, which means that the first person I spoke to should have refunded me, right?" "I said, do you have any other questions, not do you want to repeat the same questions over and over." "I'm just trying to understand what you're saying..." *Agent has left the chat* See? Legitimate question followed by the agent choosing to disconnect the chat. And this happened a couple times- I was hung up on multiple times. But it only seems to be Billing that are dicks, Tech support is pretty nice.
